I was already pressed for time with a work assignment and then was told by my boss that I had to…read morereview a document and get it notarized. I work remotely and I didn't have the time to find a notary in my area, get presentable, and travel to a location. I was referred to T.E. Notary Services in the past and it came in handy this very instant. In the comfort of my house clothes lol, I booked an appointment for later that day. Tatiana conducted a very knowledgeable and professional remote online notary session via my laptop in less than 20 minutes. It would've been even less if I had a front & back copy of my driver's license handy (which I suggest) because my camera pic kept coming out blurry...my fault. I submitted the document to my boss with no issues. Very reasonable price for such a convenient service. Will definitely be my go-to going forward!

I felt like he was extremely annoyed with me so I stepped off to the side to figure out the correct barcode I would need. By the time I figured it out, I was helped by another employee who was much friendlier but this employee charged me for a box to send my amazon return in - which I believe with amazon returns I could come in with no box and no label and both would be provided for me. At least, that is what I was told by amazon. This location is very popular because it's in a very busy part of Richmond. I hope for friendlier and more knowledgeable staff here next time!
