I felt like he was extremely annoyed with me so I stepped off to the side to figure out the correct barcode I would need. By the time I figured it out, I was helped by another employee who was much friendlier but this employee charged me for a box to send my amazon return in - which I believe with amazon returns I could come in with no box and no label and both would be provided for me. At least, that is what I was told by amazon. This location is very popular because it's in a very busy part of Richmond. I hope for friendlier and more knowledgeable staff here next time!

She proceeds to tell me my return is not in an appropriate box and that I need to purchase another box for $15. I left and drove to the UPS store on Grove Ave and they approved the box I had it in, asked no questions and gave me my receipt.
