I came here yesterday to ship off two packages for my amazon return. I walked in and the first…read moreemployee was not super friendly by telling me I had the wrong barcode. Ok, no problem. I felt like he was extremely annoyed with me so I stepped off to the side to figure out the correct barcode I would need. By the time I figured it out, I was helped by another employee who was much friendlier but this employee charged me for a box to send my amazon return in - which I believe with amazon returns I could come in with no box and no label and both would be provided for me. At least, that is what I was told by amazon. This location is very popular because it's in a very busy part of Richmond. I hope for friendlier and more knowledgeable staff here next time!
