Consistently terrible. Avoid if you can. Only use for drop offs that don't require any human attention or interaction.

A man is working there and is not wearing a mask and will he will not respond when you say something to him. He came out into the lobby to corral customers into the pick up line. I've been going here for almost 20 years. Service has gotten a bit better but this maskless shit horrified me. Even if he was vaccinated. My bf is a nurse and they still have to wear them to avoid getting and passing on pathogens. This guy is dealing with high volumes of random people. Highly irresponsible and disrespectful. He shouldn't be working there if he can't follow the post office's rules to wear a mask. They make us do it. Why can they do whatever they want?

Self-Serve Kiosk not working.

Even the machines don't want to work. Self Serve Kiosk is not dispensing stamps or postage for parcels and packages. It's better to pay extra at a third-party contract shipping office than try to accomplish anything at this post office. You will just waste hours of your day and leave frustrated and with elevated blood pressure. I understand that working at a place like this must be stressful, but it's blatantly apparent that none of the employees have any F's left to give.

The worst. And, when you think it can not get any worst...it does. I simply feel bad for the ppl that actually do their job and have to put up with ppl that do not...so here we go. Going to the top with it! Hopefully this can make a difference for all...

Hell personified in a post office. I've lost about $60 because of the unresponsive staff and hour long waits.

No wonder that the USPS is in huge debt every year. This location defiantly proofs the point of wasting time and money.

Ok first off the negative comments are hysterical. And I can imagine picking up a semi-lost package…read morefrom this place being totally mind altering. Being perfectly honest the worst thing about this branch is the customers. Large Hasidic groups looking for passport info for the whole family...not properly wearing masks. As well as locals who think this isn't a process, who aren't properly social distancing and simply are not ready when they get to the window. I'm a complete idiot stoner and even I know to have my labels written correctly and my credit card ready. Give these people a break they are understaffed and I guarantee have people calling out everyday. It's hard working in places like this, try just once to put your selfish little life aside and put yourself in another's shoes. Deep breathing helps and if you get out in less than an hour consider it your lucky afternoon. In conclusion this place is the worst, doesn't mean you have to be too

It's the Post Office, it gets a bad rap already. Why? Because people love complaining about it, but…read morewhere else can you get mostly reliable service for dirt cheap? But the working conditions and funding of the USPS is in a terrible state and you can blame your Republicans for that. Regardless, this one was in bad shape. Before I write my review, I think most of the people who would write a yelp review for this place would come from a more privileged position, including myself, so their standards and expectations would be a lot higher than what you would see at this point, so keep that in mind. The conditions of the place was pretty bad and dilapidated. The service even worse. There wasn't a long wait but when I got up to the window and asked to ship a tiny package, she asked me to turn it around and stick it in the window. The worker was talking to herself, so I thought I would be friendly and joke around with her too, but it turns out she was on her phone. She didn't ask me anything, just punched in the address and gave me the total. Didn't interact with me once. Didn't ask what kind of shipping service, any additional add-ons, or anything. I paid, asked her when the expected arrival date was, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I don't like to give bad reviews, I usually err on the positive side more often than not, but this place deserves my very rare 2 star rating.

The employee spoke so quietly that I couldn't hear what she was saying. When I politely told her I couldn't hear, she became impatient and raised her voice at me in a rude manner. I explained that I was there to purchase a money order, after showed her the amount, she directed me to look at the payment screen. When I noticed the amount was higher than I expected and politely asked why, she responded impatiently that there was a fee for the money order. Since this was my first time purchasing a money order, I kindly asked what I should do next. Instead of explaining the process, she shouted, "Give me your card!" While I was looking through my wallet for my debit card, I noticed she was laughing and chatting pleasantly with her coworkers. However, every time she spoke to me, her tone was cold, impatient, and hostile, as if I had done something wrong simply by asking questions. I completed my purchase and still thanked her before leaving, but I walked away feeling upset and disrespected. No customer should be made to feel intimidated for asking simple questions, especially when they're unfamiliar with a service. I left feeling like I wasn't treated with basic courtesy or respect. I hope USPS provides better customer service training so that every customer is treated with patience and kindness. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will avoid returning to this location if possible.
