Nothing but honest, straight forward and professional at every step. I got a ballpark quote over the phone from Brendan who then came out to give an in person quote. No deposit necessary and a guaranteed move date. Very nice and professional. Nancy who handled all the contract and scheduling was a total professional as well. She was available, helpful whenever I needed something. Choose a mover that will be there should you need them. After reading so many bad reviews and horror stories about other movers I was anxious that things would go smoothly for my cross country move. Never had to worry with Champion. Every one always came through. Packers called ahead to confirm and were on time and thorough and very nice. Moving truck driver called ahead, was on time and professional. Crew assisting was nice and professional. Delivery from Rochester to Texas was prompt and without problem . Several protective measures were used to protect the walls and floors of the house. Couldn't be happier! There were no surprises!
