With Covid etc, we couldn't get a new valve. Ok, then how about replacing the heater? No, can't get another one! Then Rex showed up! He thought we might have a leak somewhere. He checked every faucet and valve in our house. Then he thought about crawling under the house to see if there was a leak. By now it was dark and cold! Sure enough the leak was under the house! He couldn't fix it that night. But, his crew was here the next morning. Within an hr we were fixed and had hot water again. we can't say enough good things about this family run company! They are TERRIFIC!
