They quoted us a price and that afternoon the heater was here. The installer came and installed it. Things went smoothly until we had high winds that night and the pilot light blew out. We relit it and didn't think about, things were good. But wait, then we noticed that the water wasn't hot enough and ran out quickly. They came out again and determined it was a defective valve. With Covid etc, we couldn't get a new valve. Ok, then how about replacing the heater? No, can't get another one! Then Rex showed up! He thought we might have a leak somewhere. He checked every faucet and valve in our house. Then he thought about crawling under the house to see if there was a leak. By now it was dark and cold! Sure enough the leak was under the house! He couldn't fix it that night. But, his crew was here the next morning. Within an hr we were fixed and had hot water again. we can't say enough good things about this family run company! I think better communication before the fact would have solved these issues. If you use them bear in mind your items may be transported with others' and this could result in not enough space in truck. Make sure you make an accurate inventory before you call.
