When I circled back through my list and called again, the scheduling assistant Carol was very kind and helpful. She gave me a complete breakdown of the cost, was very upfront, and got us an appointment as soon as possible. Many people are trying to get their septic care of before the ground freezes, and with the hot real estate market. Most of the places I called were scheduling a month out, and they were able to get us in within a week. Additionally, their pricing was a lot better by $100-150. The company was very communicative, calling for confirmation the day before, and bumping up our appointment to an hour earlier. They provided the names of who would be coming, and they were on time. When our tank needs to be pumped in 3-5 years, or when we need some plumbing/pipe work in the future, I will not hesitate to go with them again.

They dropped of the units on Wednesday (4/2/25) and placed them exactly where we wanted. They made sure the water basin was full fir the hand washing station and that all the paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap dispensers were full. They came back Tuesday (4/8/25) to pick the units back up. ​The technician was very pleasant and professional both during drop off and pick up. The prices were a great bargain and even though they dropped them off several days in advanced and picked them up several days after, due to their busy schedule for the holiday, we were not charged any additional fees. We will definitely be using their services again for large get together in the future. The one potty unit was extremely full and the kids had gone through almost all the water in the hand washing station so the amount strain this took off our septic system is definitely worth the low price we paid, as well as having the units located conveniently close to the camping area. If you are having a large family event we would definitely recommend renting a porta potty or 2 and a hand washing station from Bush Septic Systems, if not you may need their services to clean out or repair your septic system at a much higher cost after the fact.

We decided to change our hot water heater from electric to gas. We called Frontier. They quoted us a price and that afternoon the heater was here. The installer came and installed it. Things went smoothly until we had high winds that night and the pilot light blew out. We relit it and didn't think about, things were good. But wait, then we noticed that the water wasn't hot enough and ran out quickly. They came out again and determined it was a defective valve. With Covid etc, we couldn't get a new valve. Ok, then how about replacing the heater? No, can't get another one! Then Rex showed up! He thought we might have a leak somewhere. He checked every faucet and valve in our house. Then he thought about crawling under the house to see if there was a leak. By now it was dark and cold! Sure enough the leak was under the house! He couldn't fix it that night. But, his crew was here the next morning. Within an hr we were fixed and had hot water again. we can't say enough good things about this family run company! They are TERRIFIC!
