We've had a few questions since having the job completed and when we call they're always so helpful, including the lady helping me trouble shoot getting the a/c unit turned on for the first time this year since I couldn't remember how to get it out of its winter shut off. They quoted us a price and that afternoon the heater was here. The installer came and installed it. Things went smoothly until we had high winds that night and the pilot light blew out. We relit it and didn't think about, things were good. But wait, then we noticed that the water wasn't hot enough and ran out quickly. They came out again and determined it was a defective valve. With Covid etc, we couldn't get a new valve. Ok, then how about replacing the heater? No, can't get another one! Then Rex showed up! He thought we might have a leak somewhere. He checked every faucet and valve in our house. Then he thought about crawling under the house to see if there was a leak. By now it was dark and cold! Sure enough the leak was under the house! He couldn't fix it that night. But, his crew was here the next morning. Within an hr we were fixed and had hot water again. we can't say enough good things about this family run company! They are TERRIFIC!

"Peace of mind" working with the second largest Plumbing/Heating service in the ROC area. Second "no charge" home visit was to assess how I should increase the heat in the basement (for a guest room). Once again Steve offered several "work around" options that did not cost much. The service call in May will take care of the suggestions. No charge for expert advice; no pressure to buy anything. Do not confuse a new company who are trying to get customers with a look alike company name: Betlem Residential Heating. I don't like that approach.

Update: my 88-year-old father wanted to replace his furnace and add central air to his house. He asked me to call drum oil and propane. I presumed because their name has oil and propane in the title that they didn't do gas furnaces. Boy was I wrong. Our family is so happy with the service and the attention that Drum gave to my father. It's an old house, so it was a challenge. We received three quotes with different options within 48 hours. All were very reasonable. The installation took place shortly afterwards. I was impressed with the quick turnaround. I was even more impressed with the level of service.
