Towlson responded quickly, and resolved the issue efficiently and affordably saving us a ton of headaches in the process. We have had them run preventative maintenance on the HVAC system a couple of times in the last five years. They've been able to keep our aged AC compressor running efficiently, saving us thousands in repair and replacement costs in the process. We were very happy for the quick response on a Sunday. An hour after we initially called about our…read moreclogged main drain a technician was at our house. So that alone was nice and appreciated. The Technician pulled in our driveway like a mad man, almost hitting my wife's car. He was nice and was professional though. He diagnosed our issue and we agreed to run a snake through our main drain. The work would be GUARANTEED for 6 months. So he runs the snake and a few minutes later says he's done and we are all set. He never checked our utility sink that was sewage backing up in. It still was clogged. He just told me to take a plunger and use it in the sink and it should go down and basically just left the mess in the sink. He told us someone would come to do a camera inspection in the next few day but would call us first. An hour later a "supervisor" randomly shows up and basically tells us they cannot GUARANTEE their work for 6 months because there is signs of tree roots (which I hear is pretty common) and he was going to work up a proposal to have our trap replaced that would be in the $8-10,000 range. Now mind you we had our main drain snaked approx 3-4 years ago and haven't had any issues since. My wife was livid and called out the supervisor for basically just coming out to do this Video Inspection just so they didn't have to honor their great 6 Month GUARANTEE. I've heard some negative things along the same lines about Roto-Rooter before but got to experience it first hand. Again I guess I'm happy they came out on a Sunday and unclogged our drain for us but wasn't very impressed.

He explained every thing he did and was going to do Courteous, polite and more! Instead of a new A/C we thought we were going to have to buy, Steve ended up charging for a cleaning, furnace filter, washed the outdoor in-take, taught us more on thermostat use, and on and on. We are both on our 80's and gimpy and he made sure I didn't have to show him around to things. All in all, a pleasant surprise ! A+ recommendation@
