The day we called, the person handling our case put us on a waiting list. It sounded serious, but she called us back the next day, and within 30 minutes, a repairman was at our door to take care of the problem. They do a great job with scheduling, so the technicians don't waste their time. The repairman explained everything thoroughly that he was doing, including showing test results etc. during the whole process. Definitely, it was an honest and professional approach to customers. He really checked everything to be sure what the exact issue is with the air conditioning unit. After about an hour, he left. Our house started to feel like a happy place again. That never happened. They insisted my ductwork was too small and came and put bigger ductwork in. It did not solve the problem as the temperature went up outside. The temperature went up in the house. The air-conditioning was running all day long never shut off. After seven years, the air-conditioning blew the oil i'll cover which I was told by a reputable company because it was too small. That's why that happened. I fought with them. They refused to put a bigger one in. I would never hire them ever again. They do what they wanna do and want you to pay for it. Air conditioner lasted 7 years and I had a 5-year warranty and I paid good money for it and I received junk. They need to listen to the customer and give the customer what they're paying for and what they want and stop arguing with the customer

Here is the story: My furnace stopped working on the Christmas Day, due to a pressure switch issue. Called around town, only Roy replied my phone call, and scheduled a visit first thing next morning. Then early in the morning, Chris called me before arrival, and ran diagnostic immediately. He confirmed my speculation and it was indeed because of a bad pressure switch. He changed that quickly, meanwhile, gave me some education about my 18-year old furnace and parts, how to maintain it and Check for signs of issues. Everything was done within less than 1 hour. Lastly, the bill was not that expensive as I experienced before, given such an emergency call after Christmas. Parts cost is comparable to those online or local shop, labor fee is reasonable. I shared my story of being extorted for the same issue with 2-3 times of the cost compare to Gamin's, Chris said "we don't do this type of stuff, wanna make sure customer are happy and comfortable living in their house, and we can sleep well at night.". This is the most unforgettable part of this experience.

Edit: To respond to the reply from the business owner (because I'm will come with receipts), we called because it was 52 degrees and dropping in our house where we have animals. The furnace was running but not working. The guy came and told us to take up the carpet the seller placed over a vent that was causing our furnace to overheat and it started heating up immediately. And as for the state of our house, we did have numerous piles of boxes as we had just moved in a few days previous. Insinuating we're messy or something was extremely unprofessional and rude. Also I attached a picture of the time he offered us that was 4-6pm, he makes it sound like they came out at 8pm to fix it. I already messaged him privately telling him if he had come to me and told me he thought three stars was more fair I would have changed it but after that response he earned a one star.
