When we first spoke with the salesperson, we were told that someone named "Insto" would return within a week to complete the remaining work. However, as of today--more than a month later--nothing has been finished. The job site was left incomplete, as you can see in the attached photo, and no one has followed up or contacted us to schedule a proper finish. We've been left completely in the dark and feel abandoned. We trusted this company based on their reputation, but this level of service is unacceptable.
