When we first spoke with the salesperson, we were told that someone named "Insto" would return within a week to complete the remaining work. However, as of today--more than a month later--nothing has been finished. The job site was left incomplete, as you can see in the attached photo, and no one has followed up or contacted us to schedule a proper finish. We've been left completely in the dark and feel abandoned. We trusted this company based on their reputation, but this level of service is unacceptable. We sincerely hope Mr. Furnace sees this and takes action--not just for us, but to ensure other customers don't go through the same frustrating experience.

Service Experts?? Never again!…read more Called in for service as the water pipe feeding the humidifier pad of my furnace was running non stop. A very friendly and helpful technician was dispatched within an hour of my call. He quickly diagnosed that the solenoid valve needed replacing. Price for the part was $260 dollars but it was not in stock and I would have to wait 3 days to get it. I was quite taken back by the price of the replacement part and decided to wait and see if I could locate one myself at a lower price. Technician made an adjustment to the saddle valve an left after charging me $ 239 dollars for the call. Still nothing was resolved. A few days later, frustrated and unable to source a new solenoid valve, I decided to reinstall the "defective" one. To my amazement, it took care of the problem! This was indeed a very expensive lesson! I was quoted a outrageous price for a part that was not needed and was overcharged for a very basic adjustment.
