VETERNS AND THOSE WHO SUPPORT VETERANS DO NOT GO HERE. This UPS Store refuses to provide any veteran discount or participate in Monroe County's F.A.V.O.R. program, even though UPS, Inc. itself is known nationwide for strongly supporting veterans. It's embarrassing that a privately owned franchise using the UPS logo would refuse to honor veterans while the corporation they represent goes above and beyond for military members. We've used multiple UPS Store franchises from New York to Florida to Nevada to California, and this is the only location that not only refuses to acknowledge veterans but actually gets nasty when you ask why they don't offer any discount or recognition. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating veterans this way. Veterans deserve better -- TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. read more

Numb in the head!!! Been trying to have something printed for a week now. Doors operate but close early. No one there seems to give a flying egg about service or products they sell. Purchased a mailbox amongst other things. The girl asks for proof ( will a license and social security work for proof I ask? Oh yes sir youre all set. It's $59 for 3 months , not too bad I say , the. She says todays total is $126. I ask for? This fee That fee Attitude fee Bullcrap This may be the worst business in the history of business. read more

Avoid at all cost. Over the past 2 months, I have attempted to print 4 business orders with a 0% success rate. Each order has had at least 2 of the following: incorrect quantities, overcharging, wrong layout(not double-sided), wrong paper stock, and 2 of the orders were not even started until I called repeatedly. To top it all off, not 1 of the employees at this location, including the manager, Nick, shows an ounce of pride or care in themselves or their customers. In fact it is as if you're inconveniencing them by placing an order. This is one of the worst customer experiences I've had in recent memory and my regret is that I let it happen 4 times. read more

She definitely takes pride in her job and position, upholding phenomenal customer service. if I could have left a zero, I would. Extremely rude male answered the phone when I called to c why my EIGHT large moving boxes were not delivered days after the delivery date on the receipt. I have friends checking every day to c if they have arrived and it is extremely inconvenient for everyone involved. It would take paragraphs to explain how rude he was, talking over me when I was trying to ask questions and then he hung up on me. I've never had someone in a business slam down the phone. I am moving in a week and I need my boxes there. He could have cared less. I will NEVER do business at this location again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. read more

Stopped in late November and boy was the wait in line quite long.... but let me make it clear, THE LINE WAS NOT LONG, it was the waiting for the two cashiers to do their jobs. One kept asking her customer if she wanted to donate to some cause and have her name put on a donation tag and hung on the wall. I felt bad for her and the constant Peer pressure. ACOID THIS LOCATION if you don't have your return label pre printed. They now charge a huge fee just to print an Amazon return label. i don't mind paying the cost of a label but for what they charge I can buy hundreds of labels. Avoid this location unless you have your return label already printed. Lots of people walked out when told the cost - poor business decision to charge for labels. However the customer service reps were extremely nice and helpful (the fee is not their fault). The super nice guy lent me a dolly and helped lift the box. read more

They're opening hours on Sunday are 11:00 AM. On numerous occasions I have gone there on Sunday's and the male employee that opens arrives at least 10 minutes late consistently. Then he unlocks the door and takes an additional 5-7 minutes to open. Meanwhile the line is at least 7 deep. No apologies nothing. read more

This used to be a great store to shop from. I did for several years. Stopped in last weekend to ship 3 packages and never had such a huge hassle. Had to fill out a paper form like it was 1990 or something. Used to have all my info in the computer and no big deal. Customer service was horrible. The girl working was snappish and not very friendly. The guy helping me was trying to keep the peace between me abd the other girl. So this morning I took my next package to Fed Ex on manitou road and was in and out in 5 minutes. It was very streamlined and ON THE COMPUTER. Wish UPS Brockport would have stayed under former ownership. read more
