I called in advance to make sure I could do my passport and was told until 2pm. I got there at 1:30 and was told "No, Im not doing anymore today. Make an appopintment for tomorrow" All I needed was a photo-everything else was done, but the unhappy waorker was not about to help. I dont know what happened to this office but Ill never use it again. Terrible service and unhelpful. Its FedEx from now on.

On my daily route I pass a letter carrier named David, sometimes several times a day and each time he smiles and waves. The kids on the bus watch for him. One day I pulled the bus over and he stopped and ran to us to make sure we were okay. Not only does he perform his task but cares for the community he serves. Kudos, David.
