There are many complaints on Yelp stating this same issue. There response is always the same. They quote wording in the contract. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before renting my unit. I'm not sure if what they are doing is legal or not but it is certainly unethical. I will be moving my stuff out before 2/29/24. If you are reading this review please stay away from this company.
