He asked if was applying for my passport in person or online. I said online. He offered a digital passport photo service for about $16.95. He said that if I needed a printed version I could get it for a small fee. I agreed. I was happy with the photo and left. Subsequently I found out that Passport Canada does not accept digital photos, so back to UPS I went. This time a female helped me. She was not pleasant and seemed annoyed. She told me that the "small fee" was $16.95 approximately. That's not a small fee. She looked on the computer for my photo but could not find it. She told me that I needed a new photo. I agreed and stood ready for the photo. Then she barked at me to put my hair behind my ears. I was surprised by this but did it anyways. I was so put off by this exchange and picture that I went to Staples to get another picture. They didn't ask me to put my hair behind my ears. Passport Canada accepted Staples photo, no problem. I have had several passports and my hair was never behind my ears.

CBI opens every package and then repackages it…read more. I had a bunch of packages delivered there, but they were all opened and repackaged in their branding in their packages to get more per package. I technically only had two packages delivered, but they open them and repack them into six.
