I cannot say enough about this business! ! I used them in May for my house in Lancaster, NY. The professionalism and pricing is outstanding! I would advise anyone not to hire a trash removal company/moving company until they contact Bob's. I paid a local moving company over $1200 to fill a 20 yard dumpster, which only took 2 hours!! In addition, I had to pay over $200 for the dumpster rental. Because my garbage did not all fit in the dumpster, I needed another one. Luckily, my realtor recommended Bob's so I called. I paid Bob's $450 to fill a 15 yard dumpster. The only downside is they do not have dumpsters larger than 15 yards. I wish I knew about them prior to being ripped off by the moving company I used prior. It would have cost me less, even coming twice I highly recommend this business! read more

We moved our Dad into assisted living and had to deal with emptying 40 years of his "stuff" from the home before the sale. We got multiple quotes and Bob himself came promptly for an estimate which was super reasonable. Nothing in the house seemed to phase him - he has probably seen it all before! Bob was great on communication through the whole process as we doing this clean-out remotely, as I no longer live in Buffalo. We gave them the date and the lock-box key code and they got to work. Bob and his team made fast work of my family's 58 years of trash. They broke down bulky items as to not take up valuable space on his truck. They worked steady loading his truck. It took them less than 1 hour to load the truck to make the first dump. On the second load it was repeated trips to and from the basement loading the truck. They loaded the truck 3 times and emptied it in less than 5 hours. Plan on calling Bob back for some additional work. Highly recommend Bob and his team. read more

I hired Bob's to remove a monster 65" projection tv. Their price was reasonable and their service was excellent. The crew was polite, careful and efficient.
