Had a 1 ton=2000# limit dumpster. Got letter trying to charge for 2.55 ton. I have a photo from the night before it was picked up. It was in NO WAY over the weight limit. Unfortunately they're not great as soon as they haul off...added tax to overage charges that were already $80 higher than stated elsewhere in their contract, and wouldn't provide substantiation from the third party landfill/dump regarding the dumpster weight...the only "documentation" they sent proving the over $350 they charged was an internal invoice that looked like it was made on Google Docs and of course isn't proof positive of anything since they could inflate whatever numbers they wanted to. I tried to compromise and offered to pay $200 flat of the total they were charging me, since without proof from a third party and with the misrepresentation of the total expected amount in the contract this seemed more than fair. And they refused. Might seem "budget" up front, but be warned they WILL find a way to charge you through the nose after the fact and there won't be anything you can do about it. read more

They came and delivered in the time frame, although the delivery man seemed confused about where it should go. 10 days later, within the time frame specified, it was picked up and removed with no fuss.
