I left a message with what I needed done and a request for a quote and received a response immediately!! We said we paid for it to hold roofing materials and due to the weather, the roofers had barely used it. He said it was not his concern and we could just pay for another dumpster. His rudeness was frustrating. We paid for a dumpster that we didn't really use. If the Get It dumpster can be picked up without notifying us in two weeks, why not tell us when it was delivered?
