Excellent service in all categories. We hired Good Neighbors Moving to consolidate two houses into one. Lucas and Tim were responsive, on time, careful with our belongings, and respectful. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. I interviewed three moving companies. These guys impressed me the most. They called me back immediately and had the clearest pricing plan of any company in the Buffalo area. The day of our move they were on time and kept me updated on their arrival. They individually covered everything dresser, table, and bookcase to protect them. At the end of the move there was not a single mark on my walls or on any of my personal items. Most important these guys were respectful. Our move took all day and I never heard a bad word or inappropriate language. You always worry inviting a stranger into your house. These guys introduce themselves and we're polite to my whole family. Good Neighbors Moving was an excellent choice for our move and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great Experience! I've not used movers like this before where I rent the truck and they do all the work. It saved me over $300 from what a traditional move would cost. Trey and Ben arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, took great care of our stuff, and were able to pack everything into one trip thus saving me a lot of time and money. I hired Good Neighbors in 2022 and again in August of this year. I was impressed with their service the first time around and even more so this time around. First time I think I worked with one of the owners, more recently with two very efficient employees (I think Sean? Seamus?). They were quick, courteous, diligent in minimizing damage, and communicated well. Even though I had underestimated how much we had to move, they were great at getting as much as possible into my tiny uHaul and focusing on the big items I could not do alone. They offered a labor-only move, so I was on the hook for renting and driving the uHaul, but that was no trouble. I found their hourly rate very reasonable and they were very quick. They moved a 2.5 bedroom apartment in 3ish hours and that included maybe 30 minutes of drive time. Moving sucks, but these guys made it 100% more bearable. read more

These guys are AMAZING! I booked a 3-man crew for a local move. They arrived on time, were super professional, respectful, and careful with all of our things. They even worked through a downpour and stayed (late!) until the job was done. They hustled the entire time and never complained, ...although I know it was a looong day. I am extremely HAPPY that I chose to use Good Neighbors Moving company to get my belongings into my new house yesterday (8/12/25)! They sent a 3 man crew and all three of these young men were so polite, thoughtful, responsible and beyond professional. Honestly, I was blown away and so impressed by them and their work ethic. They continuously "checked in" with me to ensure I was getting the exact service I was expecting. Others may not find this as important as I did but I NEVER (not even once) saw any of these young men on their phones while "on the clock". Nowadays, that is such a rarity and it was very refreshing to see. They went above and beyond to make my moving day as stress free as possible, which was greatly appreciated. Just used Good Neighbors Moving when moving out of my second floor apartment. They did a great job even though there were lots of tight turns. They made sure all of my furniture was super protected and when they thought they broke something they immediately called it out and showed me (it was already broken before, it wasn't their fault.) I found this company through a Google search. They had positives reviews, and I called them along with several other companies for estimates. Good Neighbors responded quickly, were able to meet my needs for a very reasonable, up front rate, and gave me a time estimate which enabled me to plan for both the time and cost effectively. They checked in with reminders and confirmations regularly, which was a relief (the other companies I contacted never even returned calls). Come moving day they were right on time, and the 3 men--which included the owner Lucas--were fast, professional, and careful. Despite the brutally hot day they got everything moved just as I asked quickly and cheerfully. Overall it was a great experience that turned a potentially stressful day into a pleasure. I was at the end of 48hr non-stop move from Phoenix to Buffalo when plans for storage at my new apartment fell through. Two hours prior to arriving to Buffalo, I was able to contact Tim via Uhaul advertising, who responded immediately. He was very professional and helpful. He was able to accommodate my moving needs from moving truck to storage unit within two hours notice, which was amazing! He had great communication, keeping me in the loop where his team was and when they were expected to arrive. Tim's team was friendly, efficient, careful with property, handled requests well. Overall, I had a great experience with Tim and his team, who went out of their way to make sure I had a good ending to an exhausting cross country move. These young men are the real deal! From start to finish they do it right! Co-owner Tim returned my initial phone call almost immediately and several subsequent calls, always within 24 hours. He was patient and informative. Three movers (Co-owner Lucas, Sean, Marcus) showed up on time and jumped right in. They came with all the necessary equipment and supplies. They wrapped furniture securely and moved large, heavy pieces up and down stairs and around corners keeping both furniture and walls protected. Every request we made was met with a positive reply and quick action. These young men were professional, hard workers who worked "smart" and worked really well as a team. No smoking, no cell phones, no cussing. They were personable and respectful. They laughed at my incessant attempts at humor and listened politely to my never-ending stories. They worked a full day and the bill added up to a bit more than I had figured on... but the work they did for us was worth every penny!
