I was given a 2-hour arrival window for the move day and they called me ahead of time to let me know when they were on the way. The whole team worked hard and took great care with my belongings as they loaded them into the truck and transported them to my new home. They even fished quicker than the initial quote. While I'm hoping to never move again, I would hire them again if I needed to.

They took stuff I am only now realizing and about two months in, I thought my armoire was in spare room, they took it. Looking for my dehydrators (3 of them) no where to be found. I can only imagine what else they took. Do not trust them, they will take advantage of the situation and since I was highly stressed because of "friends" who were to help me sort did not show up on moving day. I am disabled and was unable to do much with setting things up so told them to just shove the rest of the stuff in the spare room. Hopefully those guys got what was coming to them and they have been replaced with honest decent people. We all reap what we sow. Should have wrote this a long time ago, it is way too late to do anything now :(

I would highly recommend them and would use them again. I interviewed three moving companies. These guys impressed me the most. They called me back immediately and had the clearest pricing plan of any company in the Buffalo area. The day of our move they were on time and kept me updated on their arrival. They individually covered everything dresser, table, and bookcase to protect them. At the end of the move there was not a single mark on my walls or on any of my personal items. Most important these guys were respectful. Our move took all day and I never heard a bad word or inappropriate language. You always worry inviting a stranger into your house. These guys introduce themselves and we're polite to my whole family. Good Neighbors Moving was an excellent choice for our move and I would highly recommend them to anyone. These guys are professionals and take pride in their work.

I used We Move 4U in December 2024 to move from Port Colborne to a neighbouring town. Number of…read moremovers: 3 (including the driver). I discovered We Move 4U by accident. I was reading someone's complaint/review online about another moving company and saw information about We Move 4U. I contacted We Move 4U and spoke with Peter, the owner and made an appointment for him to come over to do a walk through and give a quote. Peter showed up promptly for the appointment and followed up after as promised, with a quotation. He was friendly and professional in all our interactions. He was transparent with the price. There were no hidden costs and no additional costs. The rate was an hourly rate and my quote was based on the estimated total amount of time it was supposed to take, including travel time, for the move. They collected the payment in full after unloading all the items in my new place. There were different payment options available. They use enclosed trailers, not trucks, to do the moves and they used one trailer to move all my items (from a 3 bedroom house) in one trip. The items were packed carefully and in such a way that everything fitted neatly. I couldn't believe it. The crew (two guys each named Dave, and a younger guy) worked fast, carefully, and efficiently to load and unload my items. Thanks again Peter and crew. I was satisfied and impressed with the service and have been recommending We Move 4U by word of mouth ever since.
