First off, we were a little surprised at the price--seemed very fair--not used to seeing that. From the time they quoted my parents they fulfilled every promise exactly as stated and on time. Every person they dealt with was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Once the truck got here I had the pleasure of dealing with several employees at the Tonawanda office. Lisa, Jerry, Kevin and Ed--all incredibly helpful, professional and enthusiastic about their jobs--just a wonderful experience! I did not dread calling, I never had any problem or concern that wasn't handled immediately and satisfactorily. I will be moving in the spring and I will not have to look too far to find movers! I would not hesitate in recommending this company! Moving is stressful, there is no way around that fact, but ABF made this as easy as humanly possible and my entire family really appreciates that!

Most important these guys were respectful. Our move took all day and I never heard a bad word or inappropriate language. You always worry inviting a stranger into your house. They called me back immediately after I sent a request for an estimate. These guys are very personable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They were very patient and understand my stress moving to a new city. After setting a date and time, they called a couple of times to re-confirm and always kept in contact with me. Although they arrived late due to the truck not being available on time (and because they are coming from Buffalo), they called me to let me know their ETA. They treated my belongings as their own. Jade was so kind to double wrap my medical degree when he realized that it did not have enough protection before placing in the truck. Scott and Jade work very well together and did an efficient and speedy job getting my two bedroom worth of belongings into the truck. They then drove to Pittsburgh same day and unpacked my things into the rooms designated. They had a grueling day which did not finish until 9 pm in Pittsburgh but they were professional and always had a positive attitude. I very much enjoyed having them moving my belongings, and I am very pleased with their work. I have endorsed them to other colleagues of mine who are looking for movers, and one of them hired Scott and Jade for later in the week. I give them my highest recommendation for price, professionalism, and being very considerate with my belongings. Reach out to them for your moving needs, you will not be disappointed.
