The office scheduled the delivery on a Friday afternoon. The bin was dropped off in our driveway and fit perfectly, with plenty of room to get in and out of our garage. The dumpster was clean, secured in place and in excellent condition. The dumpster held a tonne of stuff that we were looking to get rid of from our property including scrap metal, broken concrete, landscape waste and broken decking. The office manager, Julie, was so nice and followed up with us on pick up and drop off times. When the dumpster was picked up, they swept the driveway and took it away with no issues. By the way I contacted corporate as well as the local Tucson office and neither would provide me their physical Tucson address. Things went well until six weeks after I contracted them out for a 15 yard rolloff rental. I soon found their business practice is to send out weight overages on the rentals 6-8 weeks after the fact. As a customer you have absolutely no recourse but to pay the penalty for the overage. It is why the business is able to offer low rental rates. And then when you contact them for their physical address all they will tell you is their corporate office is in Cleveland, OH. It's a shady way of doing business (bordering on unethical). As the saying goes, "buyer beware." I for one would never recommend doing business with Dumpsters.com unless you like surprise bills/fees after the fact.

Make sure you or they put down planks before they pull into your driveway. Simple and cheap solution to distribute their weight that won't destroy your property. I'll remove this when review they call me back and fix the damage.
