Is there a six star rating? We were only in town for two days and had to remove the items from a two apartment home which needed to be cleared out and cleaned after the death of a family member. The Big Trash Removal owner and crew were prompt, professional, efficient and operated with the highest level of integrity. One worker found a broach under a couch and brought it to me. Another noticed items in a box which may have been important and brought that to my attention. They were so awesome we gave them a decent tip. Eric did a great job! First of all, he answers his phone and calls you back. I've worked with other contractors before and it can be difficult to get in touch with them. I called him last minute to see if he could arrive a day early to remove a lot of boxes and old furniture from a storage unit we were emptying as we were going to need more than one haul. He showed up about an hour later and was even early. He was professional and made sure every inch of the truck was used to remove our stuff.
