I asked how would I know how much the return is and they said they will do it infront. When I was done - thats when they told me that the self addressed envelope is double the cost. It was at this time that an old white lady thought perhaps I was cutting the line and policed why am there when so many people are waiting back at the line. I was already confused with the way Purolator gave me the return cost and the waiting which I could have used to scan the envelope for shipping. To top it all - no one among the staff stood by me - that I have been in the line even before the old lady - obviously a racist - arrived. The design of the Purolator here in Hamilton is not probably the best UX oriented. Also while the store were clearly busy - they could have done some harm reduction strategies to let other people know I have been there for some time and thus am on the line.
