Awaiting a resolution…read more Shipped a package to the US on January 7th. Fully insured and properly packaged, a few days after dropping it off and the Burlington Mountain Grove Plaza store it vanished in the UPS system. It's now March 27th and after more than 5 hours on the phone over the course of 18 phone calls, have come to learn the package that was dropped TWICE and lost TWICE (once it arrived in the USA). After a month it was finally delivered damaged. I have done everything asked of me, online forms, photographs, phone calls, emails and still no resolution. The store has tried to be helpful, after a lot of cajoling, but this issue has been ongoing since January 7th and still no resolution My advice: Do not trust anything of any real value to UPS.

I've been stopping here quite regularly after my company switched to UPS. I would say across the…read morecarriers it does provide the best delivery service met. Canada Post promises 2 day delivery during pandemic with guarantee for corporate customers, FedEx promises 1 day delivery with no guarantee and would arrive to my customers between 2 to 5pm (pre pandemic guarantee was honoured) and UPS, well it seems to be hitting 10am almost consistently with the 1 day no guarantee. The service abilities will be dependent on location, obviously more rural areas will be really dependent on carrier and their network. My only criticism is this location. There is really only one way into the plaza from Bishop, if you get out, you can go back to Hespeller if you're driving north; but if you're driving south then you must go back on Bishop. With the Tim Hortons in the plaza some patrons line up blocking the access to Bishop and it's difficult to make a left to go back to Franklin (parallel to Hespeller). I cross my fingers and toes no one hits me, so far so good.

The photo was rejected by the Canadian passport website. When I called to ask them to retake it, they wanted to charge me the full price again. Instead of taking responsibility for a bad photo, they just wanted more money. I would NOT recommend this place. It feels like they are simply taking advantage of customers.

He raised his voice at me, it was just a horrible experience, it disgusts me that this is acceptable behavior for any employee at any job.

We found this UPS store on our google maps and on the day before we were to fly home, showed up promptly when the store opened. We had the good fortune of meeting Louie, who was so helpful in packaging up our goods and sending us the confirmation tracking information via email later that day. To our misfortune a few days after we returned to the US we received a message from UPS that our package was being returned to sender. We immediately contacted the store and spoke with Louie who had also been notified. As he was baffled as to why the shipment was being returned and he immediately began to research the best method for getting our products to us. The next day he called us to offer us the best option for shipment and the day he received our package back at his UPS Store he prepared the shipment again and immediately contacted us with the new tracking information. The next day we had our package. We couldn't have been happier with the level of customer service and dedication Louie provided and would not hesitate to recommend using his store for your shipping needs!

Everything was printed properly and I did not have to ask for any revisions. I was a bit skeptical since they are a Canada-based business and I am in the states, but not anymore. Pretty poor experience with this company. Paid a premium for perforated business cards on door…read morehangers. They never sent me the correct product (No perforation), then only wanted to refund me $50 of $350 order as a result. I had to chargeback the charge on my credit card through my bank. Poor customer service, poor print quality and just the wrong product at the end of the day. Will never order again. Also they say 5-7 business day turnaround. Took 21 days to get the wrong product.
