The app is useless when it comes to the ONT, my ONT was not pictured. Come to find out, my F1 was removed from my hub, by a technician, and moved to a hub he was working on. Had internet for less than 24 hours and lost it again. Almost 5 days without internet. Trying to speak with a live person for help is frustrating,and when it is over seas, far worse. One very nice aspect of Frontier fiberoptics, no issue with it going out, always is up and running.
