I especially want to give a shout-out to Gio, who was working there today. I needed to print a shipping label, but had to wait a few minutes for someone else to finish printing! I had no problem with this - you certainly can't expect the printing setup to be available every time you walk in. Even if I had been annoyed though, I think Gio's politeness would have calmed me down. He directed me where to wait and thanked me for my patience. Another customer came in who was frustrated about something and he didn't lose his cool. He also calmed the customer down and they left happy. Keep up the good work, guys!

You cannot speak with anyone at this office on the phone or via email. Short of driving to Boston, my envelope is not being delivered and has gone, I suspect, to the dead letter file! This is a review specific to this FedEx location within the Westin Seaport hotel. I decided to try this location to drop off a package with a prepaid label. Little did I know - this location charges an additional handling fee for all drop offs regardless of your package being prepaid. This information is not listed on the FedEx site and you will only find out upon arrival, where they'll have a sign on their counter announcing their additional fee chart. Supposedly this fee only applies because it's situated within a hotel and not a standalone FedEx. I imagine this is useful when there's a convention held next door and customers are willing to pay more out of desperation and convenience. If you're driving in to a FedEx near you, you will want to avoid this one. As far as I'm aware, this fee applies year round and isn't waive during slow season when the hotel is quieter with the absence of convention events. Ultimately I decided to go to another FedEx store but if you plan to come here, know that your package will be charged a handling fee based on weight in addition to the usual FedEx rates.

We picked up a large flat rate box ($22.10 March 2023) and was informed we can pay for it when we drop the package off. So we returned a couple of hours later to do so. There was only one person in line (looks like she's renewing her passport and possibly her first time doing so) but we weren't in a hurry. A male worker came from the back to help us and our transaction was over in less than ten minutes with no issues. They provide glue sticks for customers to seal their envelopes. They sell packing supplies if you need them. This location also rents mailboxes. Convenient location and hours.
