Unfortunately, they did not have the ones I was looking for. They had the Rubbermaid brand though... these were almost double the price of the eco brand. No cigar and that's okay. I left without buying anything. This is the last time I would look for the eco brand. They just don't sell them anymore. Thank you anyway! Since I didn't buy anything, I didn't cross path with any staff, hence, I don't have any comments on them. The only reason why I gave them a 3 star is because they didn't carry the item I was looking for. It's just fair.

Got here in a knick of time. There was 15 mins to spare, however, 8 people were ahead of me. I only saw one lady behind the counter. I wasn't worried... I was already in the door LOL. While I was waiting, I was looking around... a pretty standard UPS store with personal mailboxes, stationeries, different sizes of boxes, shipping stuff, and more. Within a few minutes, the line started to move really fast... I said cool. Then I noticed another lady was behind the other side of the counter had came to the rescue. Thank you! After I got up to the counter, the transaction was done in less than 1 minute. Thank you UPS for great friendly staff and fast service! I shall be back to this location should I need future UPS services. Btw, just a suggestion, maybe one day, there can be a self service returns drop off kiosk.

He also told the kid that he didn't own the sidewalk, and that this was America.......and the son replied, "F@#K America."
