That means I wasted an hour round trip because of incorrect information given over the phone. To make matters worse, there were multiple people already waiting, including some with appointments who had been there for quite a while due to what I was told is a new employee still learning. I understand that new staff need time to get up to speed, but giving out inaccurate information causes real inconvenience for customers. If you're unsure, please take the time to verify instead of providing the wrong answer. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.
