To make matters worse, there were multiple people already waiting, including some with appointments who had been there for quite a while due to what I was told is a new employee still learning. I understand that new staff need time to get up to speed, but giving out inaccurate information causes real inconvenience for customers. When I reported the damage, the company falsely claimed that he did not scratch the inside of the toilet--unbelievable. After persistent efforts and multiple emails, they finally agreed to replace my toilet with one they said was equivalent to the damaged one. However, the replacement was nowhere near the same quality or value. Despite my attempts to follow up via calls and emails, I received no response from their service manager, Steve, who initially was unwilling to replace the toilet in the first place. I even requested to speak with the owner, but no one has responded. This has caused a significant inconvenience and frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was willing to pay the difference to get a replacement comparable to what was damaged, even though it's their fault I shouldn't have to, but I was exhausted from the back-and-forth. Frankly, I don't believe any of it. I think this is a sales ploy to get his customers to feel sorry for him. Then he sits down with a written list of all the charges.
