Something helpful I learned from the dealership where I purchased my car is that if you have a vehicle that was declared a total loss, you can bring the declaration letter along with the necessary documentation and receive a credit toward the registration and tag for your new vehicle. In my case, I received about a $40 credit, which was a nice surprise. The office was fairly busy when I arrived, but the line was moving steadily and efficiently. I was assisted by a pleasant young lady named Jazmine, who was incredibly patient as I gathered and provided all of the documents needed. Her calm attitude and kind service helped lower my stress level quite a bit, and I was truly grateful for her help.

They have teens section, kids section, a theatre I'm talking the works but the family section is why I'd say it's the BEST! The family section features soo baby things to do. For breastfeeding moms, there's a nursery for privacy. For moms with littles, there's an outside play area that's included. There's also classes for littles but register in advance because they do fill up. They also have tons of things to do throughout the month and a cute brochure to take home so you know what's happening when. Highly recommend (even if you're not a local and just stopping by).

I had lost my wallet at home and was trying to get everything taken care of. She explained the newer document rules to prove identity, such as needing things like a birth certificate, and she was very helpful and polite. A friend who was with me asked if there was anything else that might work, such as an old driver's license, and Toni kindly checked and let us know that would help. I came back with it and was able to get my replacement license. Later, she even stopped by and kindly asked if I got my license. I told her yes, and that she was a really nice lady. I know it's their personal choice but it's disheartening all the same. Only one does and he's here only on Friday's and not all day and they refused to give us his information so we had to find someone. Thank God that the pastor that was due to marry me in July was available short notice. The testars is for the discrimination we felt being here today. Either way what we came for was accomplished and my besties got married.

Online it says that passport service is available from 9:30-11 (on Saturday), but when we got there on time, this was not the case. Q, the representative up front told us he was working up front by himself until 10ish, and that the hours were extended until noon because of that. In other words, we would have to wait. We were annoyed at the inconvenience since we drove out of the way, but were understanding so we asked if he could give us a call when his colleague was available. He agreed. We went across the street for breakfast and Q eventually called us back. We arrived and Q took great care of us. He was very professional and thorough, which we appreciated. He apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to answer any of our questions. Shout out to Q for grade A service!
