I have visited this location on numerous occasions and can say from experience that speedy service here is typical as the employees are attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and good at what they do! The only time I encountered a line was last month (December). I stopped in around 11:15 am and the line was packed out allllll the way to the door. I could tell it was moving quickly, yet, decided to leave and return later because I had my children with me and hadn't expected to need to wait. So pro-tip -- avoid visiting around lunch time during the holidays :) I've not yet needed to make purchases at this location but would say their prices are comparable to other copy/print/mail services in the area.

The rude employee at the front told him that they no longer give receipts which confused my husband because he was in there 2 days prior and got a receipt (he sells online). My husband told the man that, and the employee proceeded calling my husband ugly names and cussing at him. My husband then replied that he was not good at his job and started to walk out with the packages. The employee then started to follow my husband out of the door yelling cuss words at him. There were witnesses in the office who saw this happen. We then went to the police station to file a report. This man needs to get fired. Don't come to this location the staff is rude. Based on that information, I drove 30 minutes to this location--only to be told when I arrived that passport photos are by appointment only. To make matters worse, there were multiple people already waiting, including some with appointments who had been there for quite a while due to what I was told is a new employee still learning. I understand that new staff need time to get up to speed, but giving out inaccurate information causes real inconvenience for customers.
