It's a convenient location for me so when I had another return recently, I chose to have it dropped off at this location. It's a very easy process to drop off returns for Amazon. I don't have to worry about having a box or a printed off label. I simply have the UPS store worker scanned the QR code that Amazon provides and they give me a proof of return drop off. That's it. I'm sure I'll be back at some point.

Based on that information, I drove 30 minutes to this location--only to be told when I arrived that passport photos are by appointment only. That means I wasted an hour round trip because of incorrect information given over the phone. To make matters worse, there were multiple people already waiting, including some with appointments who had been there for quite a while due to what I was told is a new employee still learning. I understand that new staff need time to get up to speed, but giving out inaccurate information causes real inconvenience for customers. If you're unsure, please take the time to verify instead of providing the wrong answer. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.
