This is my go-to UPS location in the Birmingham area. I went yesterday (27 Jan 2026) around 12:45 pm to drop off a boxed & labeled Amazon return -- I was in and out in under a minute. I have visited this location on numerous occasions and can say from experience that speedy service here is typical as the employees are attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and good at what they do! The only time I encountered a line was last month (December). I stopped in around 11:15 am and the line was packed out allllll the way to the door. I could tell it was moving quickly, yet, decided to leave and return later because I had my children with me and hadn't expected to need to wait. So pro-tip -- avoid visiting around lunch time during the holidays :) I've not yet needed to make purchases at this location but would say their prices are comparable to other copy/print/mail services in the area. read more

Like many people, I do a lot of online shopping. Sometimes, those purchases don't work out so I have to send the items back. I've used this UPS store twice recently. I am recommending this location for my experience with the owner, Michael Holter. I ordered a baby walker for my 6mos old and decided to return it after it arrived much different than expected. I stopped by this location after spending a sleepless night with my teething 6mos old, so I was tired as heck. I dropped the walker off and the polite staff helped me get a receipt for a refund and I left the store. My goal was to then head to Walgreens to get teething meds for my little bambino (I had put a 50dollar bill in my back pocket when I left home to buy every teething med I could put my hand on). Well, when I arrived at Walgreens I grabbed my bambino and reached in my pocket to get my money to shop. Guess, what? There was no money. I looked under my car, checked all my pockets, but NOTHING. I was in tears! I decided to drive back over to the UPS store and to look in the parking lot (found nothing). Finally, I just resigned myself to having lost 50 bucks and decided to go home with my tail between my legs. But, then, I called the ups store and spoke with Michael...I explained I was in the store less than 10 mins ago and that I had dropped money (I was embarrassed to say how much)and I asked if he could check the store for me. He came back to the phone and asked, how much it was? I said 50 bucks and he said, "come on back and get your money." Guys, I resisted the urge to hug this man.... Very helpful with my spectrum box return. Friendly knowledgeable staff. In and out in 5 minutes.

I have only used this location for UPS drop offs, primarily when we have missed our pick up at work for the day and have something urgent that needs to get out. That being said, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There never seems to be a line that you have to wait in, and anyone there gets processed quickly. They are a full service shipping location, so you can get boxes, packing material, tape, what ever you need to get your package ready to ship. Good customer service and ease of doing business....Great location for your all your shipping needs. read more

I do my returns from Amazon here. They are very efficient here. Somewhat friendly but always prompt. The location is convenient. Sometimes parking can fill up. I like it better than Vestavia which has zero parking & is hard to get out of because of all the Publix and 31 traffic. read more

This is the worst Ups store ever! Manager is rude and not helpful at all. Multiple items have gone missing when they were supposed to be returned. This is the second time it has happened! Manager says a package that was sealed ( somehow got opened on the route) find that hard to believe! Beware they are taking your returned items and keeping them!!!!
