There was no greeting when I entered, and when I got to the register, no one acknowledged me with a simple "hello," "how are you," or "did you find everything you needed?" The cashier simply scanned my items without speaking, didn't provide the total, and seemed to expect me to swipe my card without even knowing what I was being charged. What made the experience even worse was my interaction with a representative when I needed a signature stamp notarized. I was trying to understand the process and asked a few questions, but the representative was dismissive, impatient, and unwilling to provide helpful information. Instead of offering customer service, I felt like I was an inconvenience for simply asking questions. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this location completely missed the mark. I will not be returning, and I would recommend others consider visiting a different location if they expect friendly, professional, and helpful service. Definitely avoid this location.

I could tell it was moving quickly, yet, decided to leave and return later because I had my children with me and hadn't expected to need to wait. So pro-tip -- avoid visiting around lunch time during the holidays :) I've not yet needed to make purchases at this location but would say their prices are comparable to other copy/print/mail services in the area.

Tons of trophies and plaques to choose between. They offer items made of glass, crystal, plastic...you name it they have something for everyone. Once I decided what I needed they checked on stock and made suggestions for similar items they had readily available....I was kind of in a rush and needed to be able to pick these up on Monday (placed order Friday early afternoon). Once I selected what I was after they walked me through getting the wording down and then told me to keep an eye out in my email inbox that a proof would be heading my way.
