They have a good selection of all the packaging supplies you'd need to send out that overnight document or the next package to the grandparents. Obviously, there is a fee for boxes and envelopes, but they are in line with what you would pay at other package stores/USPS so I'd say that they are reasonable on prices. Also, if you need copies, they have several copy machines available so you can get duplicates of those important documents. Staff was friendly and greeted me and asked if they could help me with anything. Wouldn't hesitate to use this location again in the future.

I am very disappointed with this UPS branch. I dropped off my package at this store, and after 5…read moredays, when I checked the status, it still showed that the package was at the store. I went back to ask about it, and they told me I should call customer service and file a claim myself because, even though I dropped it off there, it was not their responsibility. However, when I called UPS customer service, they told me the store should file the claim on my behalf. So I went back to the store again. Thankfully, the manager was there and was very kind and helpful. He listened to my request and asked one of the employees to take care of the rest. I waited there for almost 20-30 minutes, and the employee told me he had filed the claim and that I should call customer service in two weeks to check the status of the investigation. Yesterday, I called customer service, and they told me that no claim had ever been filed. I find this very irresponsible and frustrating. This whole experience has been disappointing, and I expected much better communication and accountability from this branch.

The photos looked very faded compared to the original or like they had a milky film over them. The only response I have received within a week from my call and email is a survey. I would not recommend Alpha Graphics for making copies of photos at all and definitely wouldn't leave the 100+ year old photos that are in the convex glass frames with them. They helped us in an emergency situation to quickly reprint 30 maps. It was awesome. One of our volunteers from out of state was extremely impressed with the quality to begin with and then when they helped us with the emergency order, he was even more impressed. Even when it is really busy, they immediately acknowledge you when you walk in and try to help as quickly as possible. This is the only FedEx location that I will visit. Make sure you park the fedex labeled spots in the lot. If you park in the middle of the lot, you have to pay and they are always right there watching to ticket you. There are plenty of spaces right on the side. Just make sure it is one of the fedex customer parking spots.
