Then I needed a banner, but the image I chose to go on the banner had a fairly low resolution, so they found a better, higher quality image (picture of a tennis ball... long story) to put on the banner, and it would be an understatement to say that the final product was a hit. So, if you need anything printed, bound, mailed, cut, pasted, etc etc etc, I recommend going to Cahaba Village and getting the nice guys at FedEx to do it. Plus, you can "submit" items to be printed online, making it convenient... but they always follow up with a phone call and/or email to make sure you're getting exactly what you want- I love customer service! (who doesn't right?)

The agent was very helpful with showing me how to work the kiosk. He was also courteous with answering some questions about their services. Even when it is really busy, they immediately acknowledge you when you walk in and try to help as quickly as possible. This is the only FedEx location that I will visit. Make sure you park the fedex labeled spots in the lot. If you park in the middle of the lot, you have to pay and they are always right there watching to ticket you. There are plenty of spaces right on the side. Just make sure it is one of the fedex customer parking spots.
