Obviously, there is a fee for boxes and envelopes, but they are in line with what you would pay at other package stores/USPS so I'd say that they are reasonable on prices. Also, if you need copies, they have several copy machines available so you can get duplicates of those important documents. Staff was friendly and greeted me and asked if they could help me with anything. Wouldn't hesitate to use this location again in the future.

The agent was very helpful with showing me how to work the kiosk. He was also courteous with answering some questions about their services. Even when it is really busy, they immediately acknowledge you when you walk in and try to help as quickly as possible. This is the only FedEx location that I will visit. Make sure you park the fedex labeled spots in the lot. If you park in the middle of the lot, you have to pay and they are always right there watching to ticket you. There are plenty of spaces right on the side. Just make sure it is one of the fedex customer parking spots.

So, if you need anything printed, bound, mailed, cut, pasted, etc etc etc, I recommend going to Cahaba Village and getting the nice guys at FedEx to do it. Plus, you can "submit" items to be printed online, making it convenient... but they always follow up with a phone call and/or email to make sure you're getting exactly what you want- I love customer service! They have plenty of shipping supplies here. They even have a drive through lane which is very nice for just dropping off packages and being on your way. The main gripe about this place is also due to its location. The cramped parking lot it shares with Starbucks. The Starbucks line will wrap around the building, making it hard to get out of parking spots and even blocking the drive-through lane for this store. It's a real pain / hassle and I wish something could be done about it, but I don't think there is anything that can be done, sadly.

The second time I brought a Bridesmaid's dress to them to clean the bottom: I was in an outdoor wedding, my dress had a train, so my dress was reasonably dirty at the bottom just as any long dress may experience after an event. The staff at the front desk were rude and clearly made sure I knew I was burdening them with this dress by continually asking me if the wedding was muddy and how I got the bottom dirty. I replied that my dress was not as dirty as everyone else's, and especially not as dirty as the bride's. Then one woman remarked, "well, tell the bride not to bring her dress here!" I told the bride not to take her dress there, and am now telling everyone else not to take there things there either. It was a horrible experience and there are great dry cleaners across the street from them. On top of that, I was never notified when my dress (and the other items I took them) were done.

Turnaround time was the same when I actually utilized their service. I did appreciate that they have a drive through and put the dress in the back of my car for me, but I was taken aback by the price as well... 17.95 for one short formal dress, when at my old place I could get next day formal short dress cleaning for 7.99, long for 9.99. Just seems overpriced for an average job. Then I come home to find that they have jammed two large pins into both sleeves of the dress to keep it on their cheap hanger that lacks the non slide foam other cleaners have. Certainly did not bring my designer dress to the cleaners to be damaged. I will definitely be looking at other cleaners in the area.
