Today, I went to UPS and there were about 40 people in line. Emily managed to provide excellent service with kindness, professionalism and efficiently. This the only UPS store I will visit. I was highly impressed with her patience with the elderly. She remained calm the entire time and was polite to everyone. read more

This location is conveniently located near our house and it is great for dropping off packages that we ship. It's in a little brick strip mall off of Highway 11. The employees have always been friendly. We've always had the prepaid labels, so we've always been in and out without much hassle or any issue at all. We'll continue to use this location when needed. read more

Needed to drop something off (with a pre-paid label), and this location is super close to my hone. My husband was able to drop me off at the curb and the employee quickly scanned my package and gave me a receipt. Can't comment on other services, but I'm happy to know this store is close by and convenient. read more

I one point, this location must have close down awhile back because it was reported close by Yelp. So, with my phone in my hand, I just quickly added the business back on Yelp. We came here the other day to send some stuff back to AT&T. After we gave the employee the account info, we were all sat and done. I thought we would have to pay out of pocket to send the items back, but apparently not. We just ended up getting a receipt with a tracking number. The employees here were helpfully in every way possible. read more

This is the worst UPS location I have ever visited. I've shipped several packages from this location and they were never delivered to the the receiver. When you try to ask the staff for the status of the pckg with the tracking # they provide you they will advise that's it's not valid it's only a drop off receipt. They give you a card to call 800-742-5877 just for the reps that answer to tell you to go to the location for help. I would not recommend anyone to use this location as nobody is held accountable and the customer service you receive is garbage! read more

Bad experience.... brought prepaid UPS label to return sunglasses to Rayban. Wife asked if she needed to package or get reciept they said no we handle it all. No documentation needed. The package never left the facility. The manager was rude and basically just said the package is insured call the 800 #. No more for me at this place. read more

The Starbucks line will wrap around the building, making it hard to get out of parking spots and even blocking the drive-through lane for this store. It's a real pain / hassle and I wish something could be done about it, but I don't think there is anything that can be done, sadly.

I am very disappointed with this UPS branch. I dropped off my package at this store, and after 5…read moredays, when I checked the status, it still showed that the package was at the store. I went back to ask about it, and they told me I should call customer service and file a claim myself because, even though I dropped it off there, it was not their responsibility. However, when I called UPS customer service, they told me the store should file the claim on my behalf. So I went back to the store again. Thankfully, the manager was there and was very kind and helpful. He listened to my request and asked one of the employees to take care of the rest. I waited there for almost 20-30 minutes, and the employee told me he had filed the claim and that I should call customer service in two weeks to check the status of the investigation. Yesterday, I called customer service, and they told me that no claim had ever been filed. I find this very irresponsible and frustrating. This whole experience has been disappointing, and I expected much better communication and accountability from this branch.
