I came in to ship my family's Christmas package, and I had no idea that UPS and USPS can't ship travel-size hand sanitizers or body sprays and of course I had those in my box. Alyssa was the first one to let me know, but instead of just sending me away, she immediately offered to help me unpack everything so we could sort it out. She even connected with the night lead, Red who is always a whole vibe every time I come in. (Red and I always joke about our nicknames since she's Red and I'm Blue!) Red stepped in to help me find an alternative way to ship my package, and it actually came out cheaper than my original quote. Honestly, the entire night crew made what could've been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. They could've easily told me they couldn't take the package and turned me away, especially during the busy holiday season, but instead they made sure my Christmas gifts would still make it to my family on time. Within a minute, Mr. Mitchell reviewed the issue, thus accomplishing my return. This Youngman is everything an employee interfacing with the public should be and more! I operated a company for over 30 years whereby my employee's public interaction was the heart of our business. Also, they have copy services and stuff for your packaging needs (boxes, tape, packing materials, etc). The staff are really nice and they always have enough people working so the wait is never too long (if any at all). Anytime I have a package that I don't want randomly sitting in my mail box I swing in here. Real convenient location with easy access from the main road. Also, located beside a grocery store, so you can multi task if you have other shopping you need to do. If you need postal services of any kind these guys have you covered.

They have plenty of shipping supplies here. They even have a drive through lane which is very nice for just dropping off packages and being on your way. The main gripe about this place is also due to its location. The cramped parking lot it shares with Starbucks. The Starbucks line will wrap around the building, making it hard to get out of parking spots and even blocking the drive-through lane for this store. It's a real pain / hassle and I wish something could be done about it, but I don't think there is anything that can be done, sadly.
