We hired them to move us in February, and…read moreit's been trouble ever since.The workers were fine, polite,and worked at a great pace, but they scratched the halls in our new home in several places, smoked marijuana at the home we were moving from, and destroyed our daughter's vanity. I called Jim, who was the one who gave us our quote and set everything up, and all he did was send someone out to spackle the walls. He eventually asked for a link to the vanity so he could purchase another one, but after attempting to follow up with him he has completely ghosted us. I have been calling several times a week for a couple of months now, leaving a voicemail every time, and he still won't call me back. To make matters worse, the one time I did get him on the phone to follow up with the wall repairs he had a smart mouth and mocked my impatience with him. We had spoken to other realtors before our move saying they have a horrible reputation, but we didn't believe it at the time because up to that point they had been very professional, but that all changed once they got our business. If you value your furniture and don't want to work with a coward that runs from accountability, definitely try someone else. There are plenty of other movers out there.

That is, after all, what a review is for. To clarify, I contacted you through this app on the 20th, you are correct. However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. This isn't personal, I don't know you. I just simply did not have a good experience with your company.

The quotes I received from Competitors were about $2500 more than what I paid here for the same exact services. I was very busy leading up to the day of the move but the office was in constant contact with me making sure they could do whatever I needed to make the process simple and stress free. The day of the more, two workers met my friend in Alabama and after a delay on my part (the key didn't work so the lock had to be cut), they got everything loaded, and hit the road. They arrived at my new location and unloaded and set up everything. Despite the southern heat, their attitudes were pleasant and their work ethic was top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. I would also like to mention that their response to messages was very quick. I have left messages at other places of business and gotten responses 1-2 business days later.
