Do NOT return a package here. I came in to drop off a package to be returned back. I handed it over to the guy at the counter and he said "I'll take care of it" and took it. No tracking number or anything. I came back a week later because i was being charged for the package never being delivered. They had no idea where the package was or what i was talking about. I asked them if it was there and they said "no" then i asked so did you ship it out? They said "no" I asked if they could look up my name or anything in the tracking system, they said no. Just very unprofessional with everyone i tried to interact with there about my experience. read more

My husband went back to the store after I battled nearly 3 months on my own with fedex on line claims. I did everything claims asked me to do. Finally started calling. On the 3 rd call , I was promised a verdict , I would "get a letter in the mail" I finally received the letter and they denied my reimbursement. Bill ended up giving me my "guaranteed" money back. I just received the check. I also received a note "for the record" That "it was inconsiderate, if not unreasonable to bring issue to our attention 21/2 months after service was provided. A quick phone call at time of concern would have been very helpful." I thought I did as instructed to file a claim with fedex . I would still be waiting if I had not placed 3 phone calls to them . It would have been easier on me had I known this info as during this Fight with claims , my daughter had 5 surgeries. Thought this "for the record " info would help someone else. read more

I will go out of my way to take my packages to PakMail at Lee Branch, simply because I feel like a VIP when I am there. You're always greeted with a smile by Bill (the owner) or his wife. They will ship anything - small or "refrigerator HUGE" size! They have all the supplies you need (packing materials, boxes, labels, etc). They have two computers for you to print out shipping materials if you forget them, too. When your package is delivered to the recipient, they call you and let you know. And, If you are in a bind and you can't get to them, they offer free pick ups! Best part? They have a candy dish FULL of Snickers! read more

I was the only customer in this place for five minutes and no one said a word to me. I was browsing the store, looking for something I couldn't find and even though the employee to customer ratio was three to one, no one spoke a word to me. The girl that finally helped me was nice enough, but the old man who seems to be in charge is very rude. I'll take my business to the UPS store across the street. read more
