I am thinking about packing up something so I could stop there again. I didn't know the previous owner but I got a double helping of hospitality from this one. I have visited this location on numerous occasions and can say from experience that speedy service here is typical as the employees are attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and good at what they do! The only time I encountered a line was last month (December). I stopped in around 11:15 am and the line was packed out allllll the way to the door. I could tell it was moving quickly, yet, decided to leave and return later because I had my children with me and hadn't expected to need to wait. So pro-tip -- avoid visiting around lunch time during the holidays :) I've not yet needed to make purchases at this location but would say their prices are comparable to other copy/print/mail services in the area.

My girlfriend and I needed to ship off two more last minute packages for holiday gifting. Ashley taped up our box that we brought in, folded another gift to fit perfectly into one of the flat rate bags and gave a few pointers that neither of us were aware of. Her energy was high. She smiled and held great conversation while assisting from beginning to end. Because of her, I just may keep this location in mind for future packages to ship.

After I declined & left the store, I received 4 calls from the "bidding" center, which was not local, giving a price which had been cut in half to $400 (+/-). This is absolutely absurd!! Within 30 minutes the price was cut in half? Went to UPS packing & printing and had the same printing projects done for $260. They are taking advantage of customers & should be held accountable. DO NOT USE & shop around before having projects done.
