I have visited this location on numerous occasions and can say from experience that speedy service here is typical as the employees are attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and good at what they do! The only time I encountered a line was last month (December). I stopped in around 11:15 am and the line was packed out allllll the way to the door. I could tell it was moving quickly, yet, decided to leave and return later because I had my children with me and hadn't expected to need to wait. So pro-tip -- avoid visiting around lunch time during the holidays :) I've not yet needed to make purchases at this location but would say their prices are comparable to other copy/print/mail services in the area.

They have a computer I use to print online shipping labels. And much more... I'm sick of the post office. They won't even tape my packages!! When I go to the UPS Store, they do just about everything. They also sell boxes and envelopes for pretty reasonable prices. The UPS Store has a drop box. I ship time sensitive materials on a regular basis. Whenever I'm in a hurry and drop it in the box, I trust them to take care of it. They scan the envelopes in when they check the box. When I enter the tracking number, I can see that it's waiting for pick up. Are you sick of the long lines at the Post Office? Need help with packages? The guys at the UPS store are great. I came to pick up my package (I had my Nike delivered there because I did not want my package stolen), and I had my military ID ready as I already knew my drivers license expired Dec 10th 2024 , plus I had the receipt for my package with my name and address. Yes, I check UPS guidelines in Alabama and they accept military ID as a form of identification for picking up and or shipping packages. She disrespectfully tossed my military ID on the counter aside of me instead of placing it in my hand and then insisted I provide my drivers license. As I handed my drivers license to her I explained that my drivers license has just expired and I'm planning to get my Alabama one. Mind you my drivers license picture is from when I first started driving (my picture is me at 16years old weighing 96 lbs but, my military ID is a recent picture as of 2022). She compares my two 2 IDs and says that my chin is completely different and I told her that one ID I was 16 and the other was at age 29, I've filled out my face. Also wasn't wearing makeup at that age but, either way it's obviously me. She tells me to sign for the package as she's still skeptically examining my IDs. She then goes to her Black coworker and says that my signature doesn't match. Her co worker proceeds to tell her to let me get my package. My signature again is from age 16. I only ever had to online renew once and I never resigned a signature or took a different picture. Besides the point I don't look that different, my name is exactly the same on the package, my receipt, My government DoD military issued ID, and my drivers license. She really thought I'm trying to steal packages and I think the only reason she was skeptical is because I am Black and in Vestavia, AL. I can't wait until tomorrow to get her name and also show her the website guidelines. Thank you to the other coworker of hers that told her to stop and give me my package. I felt like crying. As a reply to the owner: whether YOU consider it discrimination or not, the employees should be up-to-date with policies. My US issued government military ID was sufficient enough for my package to be picked up. Weirdly enough she asked for my EXPIRED drivers license. There should have been no issue at all. Today 1-3-2025 I picked up my other packages. Different employee serviced me and the experience was greatly different which further proves my initial point in the main review. Today I flashed my military ID, this employee looked at my ID confirmed, my name and allowed me to sign for my package with ease. She didn't grab my ID from my hand, look at it skeptically, and nor did she toss it like trash when I serve our country as a military physician.
