It took me 25 minutes to return an item. Service was too slow and only one person working. I am not going there again.

They charge $2.50 to print out *one* piece of paper for a return label from an email. So just be warned! Only UPS store that has ever charged for that. Usually they're super helpful. Not this one! Won't come back here. read more

Lost package for delivery. UPS had to record of it's receipt. Blamed UPS refused to refund shipping cost and refused damage payments.

With out-of-state family and the calendar sitting on December 18th, I made a quick visit to this UPS store when the post office wouldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. UPS offered an automatic $100 insurance on contents, automatic labeling and a 2% coupon on Yelp with a check-in at this location. This location is clean, convenient and it opens at 7:30AM which is earlier than the post office. The staff are friendly and reliable. The only drawback is the price, but considering all that is provided, I will be back. read more

I have lived on 280 for a lot of years now and I have been coming to this UPS location for a really long time. The staff is always nice, always respectful and helpful. I have posted stuff, got prints, envelopes and even laminated my cards here and they have always done a good job. Even when they mess up they acknowledge the issue and try to resolve it to the best of their ability and I really appreciate it. read more

I have never left a review on yelp but today I do so for Tiv who helped me immensely at the UPS Store in Inverness. I had already made one trip there the night before only to find out they had closed at 6pm. And coming down Hwy 119 got stuck behind 5 slow RV's, not to mention the 280 traffic as they were closing at 3pm. She took my prepaid drop off that I had went to 3 wrong places yesterday trying to mail. My granddaughters Amazon fire pad that my daughter had accidentally washed, luckily I had ordered a 2 year accidental warranty. You saved me Tiv thanks for being there and getting My granddaughters iPad shipped of as she calls it. I wish there were more people like you!! Nice work!! I walked to the store door at 5:59 after fighting traffic to arrive just in time with three packages in my arms. A woman locked the door and laughed just as I was about to enter. It is obvious that she ONLY works there and has no interest in helping her customers. The older man there just looked at me. If I could rate zero, I would. The owner must not screen his employees very well. read more

If I could give a zero star I would. I came here to get my finger prints taken for a new position. I waited 20 minutes for a person in front of me to scan 1 finger! It was obvious she was clueless. I asked the young lady at the counter to assist her and she was extremely rude. Told me I could call Gemalto and complainif I wanted. I heard her telling a coworker they really needed to hire another employee because they were so short staffed. Once the young lady finally helped 3 people completed the finger printing in 20 minutes! HIRE more employees or quit providing this service! read more

Went in for a quick drop off of an item to return to Amazon. I had the box, contents, pre-printed label ...ready to go - except that this store said it was their practice to charge $1 for a stip of tape to close the top flaps. Begrudgingly I was going to pay it and handed over my card (who carries cash anymore?) That when they informed me it was a $2 minimum for charges - so this store charges $2 for a 14" strip of packing tape (which the whole roll cost less than a dollar). Bottom line: if a store nickles + dimes you - and games their rules to charge you double that ...not sure that I would trust them for something more than $1 as you'll likely find extra fees, unexpected cost, etc. Not exactly good business practices here ...the Fed-Ex store is less than 1/2 mi up the street, professional - and won't charge for to close up a box with 14" of packing tape. read more

This is THE best UPS store. They did my wedding invitation suite and wedding stationary. They took the time to cut envelope liners to match my envelopes and glue them in for over 100 invitations. My invitations were so personalized and beautiful, I got so many compliments on them. The staff is friendly, helpful, and totally knowledgeable! They really can print anything you need! I will definitely be back and be recommending them to all of my friends! read more

Being in sales I get paid for my service to others unlike others out there that seem to find a way to divulge themselves into negative situations / environments. Am a long time believer in you reap what you sow. I am also of the belief that it's not what you say, (and how you say it) but what others actually hear. That needs to be taught to the younger people out there. Having said all that for the benefit of others, my experience with this outfit, a long distance experience as well, was outstanding! Ms. Heather took the ball and ran with it big time, ( RollllTide! ) and took care of me although it was UPS, Mobile that caused my hardship. I was supposed to get fingerprinted for work and my boss called ahead of time to see if they could do it today, and when I got there I was the only one in the store. Without even asking me what I was there for, the lady looked at me and rudely said "I can't do it today, I just can't. I'm busy and having a really shitty day. Just come back another time." So I explained to her that I had called ahead and she huffed and said she would do it if I let her put her mail away first and lock the door (20+ MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE!!!) so I told her I didn't want to further inconvenience her and walked out, and she chased me out saying "Honey please let's just get this done and over with, I wasn't saying that about you!"...like...there was nobody else in the store so who were you saying it about?! That being said, for your first review, you get a 1 star, only because I can't put 0...worst experience I've EVER had at a UPS by far. See if I come back!! read more

I have been a customer at this UPS location since 2012. I've used them every year to print the rosters for my daughter's homerooms at school. I have never been disappointed with the products I've received from them. The one time there was an issue (the back side printed upside down), they reprinted them at no charge while I waited, which wasn't a problem because they were done very fast. Another time, there was an issue with the file I uploaded, so an employee called me within an hour to ask me to email the file directly to them. Even with the file issues, she still had my documents printed well before the estimated time. They have consistently had my orders ready much earlier than stated usually having them ready in less than a couple hours. We've used their passport photo service for my daughter and were very happy. I have never had a bad experience at this location and everyone is usually very helpful and pleasant. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because it seems they don't have as many print media options as the other UPS Store close to my home. I recently placed an order with the other store because they offer a heavier card stock than this store. Service has taken much longer than it would have if I had settled for a lighter card stock and ordered from my regular UPS Store. read more
