A kind lady helped me with copies I needed made, and she was patient and professional. Two other ladies helped me with a shipping question, and they were also very kind, helpful, and professional. John was especially helpful. I had a large package, a folding bed, that needed to go back out to our minivan. I was going to carry it myself, but John kindly offered to carry it for me and put it into our vehicle. That helped a great deal because I also had other things with me that would have been hard to carry all at once. Someone there, either John or one of the kind young ladies, also gave me the phone number for Amazon Customer Service so I could ask about a prepaid return mailing label. That was very helpful. Another thing we really appreciate is that they keep the line moving. Even when there is a long line, they handle it in a friendly and courteous way, and there is not much waiting time. It is not the typical standing in line, waiting and waiting, that can happen at some places of business. They are fast and efficient, yet still courteous, kind, and down-home friendly. The parking at this location is also easy, and the store itself is comfortable. They even have a little sitting area where you can take a few moments to gather your thoughts or organize what you came in for. I go in here probably three times a week at least to send stuff back ( Amazon etc ) everybody in the store is just so amazing that I never go anywhere else. About the passport- I explained I that I've had a bad photo issue. I've had tried two other places she says "there's one guy here that's really really good & I'm gonna let him look at it and fix it if needed " she took my photo & It was perfect ! if you want a passport photo in Crestline go to the UPS store they know how to do it and you'll save yourself a weeks worth of time i& trouble .

I am very disappointed with this UPS branch. I dropped off my package at this store, and after 5…read moredays, when I checked the status, it still showed that the package was at the store. I went back to ask about it, and they told me I should call customer service and file a claim myself because, even though I dropped it off there, it was not their responsibility. However, when I called UPS customer service, they told me the store should file the claim on my behalf. So I went back to the store again. Thankfully, the manager was there and was very kind and helpful. He listened to my request and asked one of the employees to take care of the rest. I waited there for almost 20-30 minutes, and the employee told me he had filed the claim and that I should call customer service in two weeks to check the status of the investigation. Yesterday, I called customer service, and they told me that no claim had ever been filed. I find this very irresponsible and frustrating. This whole experience has been disappointing, and I expected much better communication and accountability from this branch.
