Even when it is really busy, they immediately acknowledge you when you walk in and try to help as quickly as possible. This is the only FedEx location that I will visit. Make sure you park the fedex labeled spots in the lot. If you park in the middle of the lot, you have to pay and they are always right there watching to ticket you. There are plenty of spaces right on the side. Just make sure it is one of the fedex customer parking spots.

I went back to ask about it, and they told me I should call customer service and file a claim myself because, even though I dropped it off there, it was not their responsibility. However, when I called UPS customer service, they told me the store should file the claim on my behalf. So I went back to the store again. Thankfully, the manager was there and was very kind and helpful. He listened to my request and asked one of the employees to take care of the rest. I waited there for almost 20-30 minutes, and the employee told me he had filed the claim and that I should call customer service in two weeks to check the status of the investigation. Yesterday, I called customer service, and they told me that no claim had ever been filed. I find this very irresponsible and frustrating. This whole experience has been disappointing, and I expected much better communication and accountability from this branch.

His vehicles are always clean and he's always on time. John's service is top notch. I had to get out of Alabama on short notice once for a 5 AM flight.
