Like most people during this time , I was looking for some home office essentials. Right as I entered the store I could see where "work from home" necessities were on a table for easy access. They had wireless keyboards , wireless computer mouses, printer paper, etc. I was primarily looking for a second computer monitor to hook up to my laptop, since I'm use to working with the option of 3 monitors at work . I'm SPOILED!!! The sales associate, Tiffany was extremely helpful in checking inventory on computer monitors for myself and one other person. Despite there being limited quantities, I was able to get a decent monitor to use at home for now and in the future. The price was reasonable. The only downside was that the monitor did not come with a HDMI cord like I was originally led to believe.... no biggie but I was a little disappointed. Thankfully , I have access to an HDMI cord. I also bought a wireless keyboard and mouse combo set to keep at home for a good price. I was really impressed with the service I received! Another sales associate, Jabriah (sp) who assisted me at checkout was really sweet , patient and quite helpful!! Honestly, I hadn't been to a Staples in a really long time but I'm glad I decided to come here! Great experience! read more

I designed my own wedding invites, but after trying to figure out how to print on my own (unsuccessfully), I gave in and headed to Staples. Sure it's more expensive than sending to those online print shops, but they were fast and we waited and so I was willing to pay a little more for the convenience. Items were available earlier than promised - always a plus in my book! read more

Ordered same day printing service. Three days later it still isn't complete. Calls to the store to see if it is finished are a perpetual hold. It's the only place in town to get print jobs which is very unfortunate. Next time I'll drive out of town for good customer service. read more

I ordered a poster to be printed off that has a man's shirt off & his "body parts" completely covered. Staples canceled my order, without called me & sending an email that I didn't have the copyright. I called Staples on Edwards Lake Rd, after answering & explaining that I purchased the print, there wasn't a copyright infringement, I held for 10 minutes, to retell the situation & was then told, "if our employee feels uncomfortable with the print they don't have to print it" (nothing to do with copyright) I asked why, no answer. Why was this any different from going to the beach??? He told me he "could give me a refund"...DUH!!! You didn't provide the service you advertise!!! When I asked for his manager HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I'm SHOCKED at the horrible response & service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Also, another printing store gladly printed it! If I could give no stars, I would! read more

Great place for all your office supply needs. Always have sales and coupon's. Also they have online orders and you can pick it up in a hour or less! Starting back to school deals at the first of the year is great. read more

This store is pretty tidy and well organized. Several staff came by and checked on us while we were shopping/browsing. Prices at the print shop were a little high, and I'm not quite sure they understood what we were wanting to do, but they did offer some valuable advice for the wedding invitations. read more

This was the worst experience! I usually try to find something nice to say but I'm at a loss! Long story short: I wanted to have a planner bound. I was told it was a simple task that wouldn't take long. When I returned 4 hours later, it still wasn't done. I said no problem, I'll come back tomorrow. When I picked up the book, all looked fine until I began to flip through only to see that pages had been Xeroxed and put back in the wrong order. There were no notes to say that they had a problem during the binding process. I spoke to an employee in the area then a manager who told me to order another planner and they would pay for the replacement. When I got to the store to get the refund and possibly get the new book bound, the employee who knew what was going on NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME, never apologized for the problem and didn't explain to the manager on duty why I was due the refund. Well, this sucks. DO NOT ship anything of value with this store. It may not make it to its destination. I shipped a card, (sorry) tried shipping a card, to my wife that never got scanned to UPS. The management here seemed adamant with not wanting to accept ANY responsibility on their part. The best this store could do is refund me $10.42 and the value of the card. I will not be using this staples, or any staples for that matter, to ship anything! My gut told me not to ship from this location, but I didn't listen. Word to the wise, NEVER ship through a third party. It's best to limit the number of times a package is handled. I definitely will be shipping through FEDEX from now on. Someone who works at this location is now a lot richer, thanks to me and this stores lack of responsibility. read more
