I had…read moreinitially scheduled my appointment for the other store T-Mobile store on Gadsden Hwy, but I didn't like the customer service there. When spending my hard earn money customer service is Key. This location is fairly new and they are in a prime location for business near Walmart lol. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. That made me feel welcomed and I was happy. It looked like everyone seemed busy with other customers however Drew said we're be with your shortly. That made me happy because I was acknowledged. I think I waited no more than 10 minutes before someone was free to assist me. However since I was greeted previously I didn't mind the wait. Robert answered all my questions about converting over to them. I am still thinking if I want to port over from Verizon whom I have been with forever. But if I do this will be the location I'll deal with. There customer service is great from the staff Robert all the way to the manager Drew. Keep it up T-Mobile

I was told my payments on the new S20+ were $30 a piece a month. Well try $50. Also they kept talking about a $500 trade in for qualifying phones...we had the S9+s so we qualified for the $500 a phone. Well they gave me $88 a phone and didn't explain how to go about the $500 deal. Turns out I got a text that day from TMobile themselves on how to go about the promotion (before I went to the store) so I submitted for both my wife and myself. They're supposed to be prepaid virtual visa cards. Hopefully this goes thru bc I'm putting both cards towards the EIP to make this worth my wild. Listen these new phones are awesome. I understand there is going to be a bigger price tag. And I as the consumer I need to be more vigilant in reading the paperwork...but if that's the case...we don't need these stores, just do everything online.

I paid 100$ and they put a temporary screen and allowed me to transfer my phone data and service to my insurance claim phone until my phone was completely transferred and helped me setup my new phone. While he had it, he went into my social media and "Liked" his company in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. I only knew because he forgot to close one of the screens! After leaving, my phone started shutting itself down about every 10 minutes. It also would zoom in/out on its own and I'd have to do a hard restarts constantly. After 2 days of this I decided to buy a new phone rather than return it to the place that broke my phone (which had been working fine before), lied and invaded my privacy. Who knows what else he did with my unlocked phone for 30 minutes?! I don't, which is one of two reasons why I'll never go back. Oh and they give you a free $10 protector screen but only if you leave them a review. So they get your review and theirs! Such a scam.

Unfortunately, low inventory since most people are shopping for laptops for many obvious reasons. No one asked if I needed any assistance , so guess it's a good thing I didn't make purchase. I didn't browse or pay attention to much else inside the store. I did observe them having a dedicated area for PPE items. Staples online is a great alternative and I have found that sometimes there is more available inventory.
