BEWARE! I brought my phone in for a cracked screen repair. The young man behind the counter asked…read moreme to unlock my screen and took it in the back for about 30 minutes. While he had it, he went into my social media and "Liked" his company in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. I only knew because he forgot to close one of the screens! After leaving, my phone started shutting itself down about every 10 minutes. It also would zoom in/out on its own and I'd have to do a hard restarts constantly. After 2 days of this I decided to buy a new phone rather than return it to the place that broke my phone (which had been working fine before), lied and invaded my privacy. Who knows what else he did with my unlocked phone for 30 minutes?! I don't, which is one of two reasons why I'll never go back. Oh and they give you a free $10 protector screen but only if you leave them a review. So they get your review and theirs! Such a scam.
