I was really impressed with my overall experience here. Paul was more than willing to do a thorough analysis on my laptop and did not charge me for anything. He was really kind and helpful. He gave me his recommendation and suggested that it would be better to purchase a new laptop instead of letting him try to repair the one I brought in. He explained that he would probably not be able to fix it and it would be more cost effective for me to just trash it. He also did not try to push me to purchase one of the laptops he had for sale in the shop or try to swindle me out of money for something he knew he couldn't fix. Talked to Paul, the store manager, and he's super kind and helpful! In fact, this store was the only iPhone repair store that actually answered my call. Other stores not only didn't answer the phone, I made an appointment online with one and the store wasn't even open when I arrived! I will never take a cracked screen here again. I dropped mine off, came back, picked it up and left. Only to find out that I wasn't getting sound. So I had to take my phone back and they "fixed" it. Fast forward a month later, I had to take my phone to Apple because I could no longer get sound when video recording, the sensor was broken and it couldn't recognize light (which I've read is a common problem when people crack their screen and get fixed at places other than Apple) Please keep in mind none of these two things were an issue while my screen was cracked, but after it was repaired. Don't do it. Just go to Apple. read more

I had them fix my keyboard on my laptop because some of the keys weren't working and they got it cleaned up and working for me. I had to bring it back a few weeks later but they had it working again within 48 hours. read more

Requested quote to have my Moto e4 screen fixed, this company had the highest price and didn't bother to mention that it wouldn't be cheaper to just replace the phone. I was actually encouraged to "hurry in and get this process started". Umm no thanks! read more

I highly recommend this business. My husband left his phone on top of the car and drove down the road. He found his smashed phone in the turn lane of Valleydale Rd. Turning onto Indian Valley. Front screen of his iPhone was completely shattered. We dropped this phone off late afternoon and had it back before lunch the next day! Charged us $ 180. New iPhones are going for around $1,000 now. We are grateful for their speedy, and courteous repair and the money saved if we'd had to buy a new phone. We had used another location to repair a laptop fan. Joseph was a great help and the phone looks good as new. I was on a tight time crunch and Joseph knocked it out well before the allotted time. If your glass breaks, take it here! UPDATE: That evening I noticed that I had a problem with the phone that was previously non-existent. I called Joseph and made an appointment for the following evening. I brought my phone in and he fixed the problem quickly. Also, can I recommend the glass screen savers he has. I added one to my phone (on this second trip) and already like the fact it seems more responsive (and tactile) and doesn't smear as bad. read more

Their customer service sucks I got a screen replaced and it is supposed to be under warranty but that's a lie they find any reason not to replace I'm tired of businesses treating consumers like crap I could've gotten my screen replaced for $100 but I went there and paid $300 so I could have a warranty but when the screen went out they said physical damage when the phone was not damaged! read more

We've had a couple of products repaired here now, my phone and one of my kids phones. Nice place, super helpful and they explain everything. They work quickly, 30-45 minutes for a screen replacement. Pricing is a bit higher than some but they do a nice job. Only complaint I have, and this may be how these things are done, is the glass doesn't fit as well after they replace it. The phone is noticeably thicker and the the glass protrudes enough that I'm not sure the protective cover I now have on it extends beyond the glass enough to offer any protection. Maybe they just cannot fit the glass back in as well as it was from the factory or maybe the replacement glass is just thicker or something. At any rate, it's not the same as new but it works and it isn't shattered, so I have that going for me! read more

Totally destroyed the glass and my screen on my iPhone 6. They said that the screen damage was most likely limited to the screen but could extend to the motherboard. If it did go to the motherboard then I could cancel the repair and there would be no charge. Thankfully it was just the screen, which is kind of amazing since I dropped the phone from about 10ft on to concrete! Cost was $140. About $20 more than Apple was going to charge but they fixed it in 30min where as Apple was going to take days. If I would have bought the $20 off Yelp coupon I would have came out even. Great work, phone looks good as new! read more

Fantastic service! My iPhone wasn't charging, so they replaced the charging port for a fairly cheap price, and had it charged and ready to go when I came back an hour later. Will definitely be using them again!!! read more
