BEWARE! I brought my phone in for a cracked screen repair. The young man behind the counter asked me to unlock my screen and took it in the back for about 30 minutes. While he had it, he went into my social media and "Liked" his company in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. I only knew because he forgot to close one of the screens! After leaving, my phone started shutting itself down about every 10 minutes. It also would zoom in/out on its own and I'd have to do a hard restarts constantly. After 2 days of this I decided to buy a new phone rather than return it to the place that broke my phone (which had been working fine before), lied and invaded my privacy. Who knows what else he did with my unlocked phone for 30 minutes?! I don't, which is one of two reasons why I'll never go back. Oh and they give you a free $10 protector screen but only if you leave them a review. So they get your review and theirs! Such a scam. read more

Let me start off by saying that the first time I use these guys the service was outstanding! I first visited them about a year ago when my iPhone 6 had reached a point to where I couldn't even use the touchscreen, I went and got a student price and had a new screen which slowly kill itself again over the course of the next year however that was my own doing. This time around checkout comes and the kid behind the counter says it's gonna be something around $80 and I'm like word. There's two options (??) one a cheaper screen and the other a $20 upsell. Obviously I'm not gonna pay an extra $20 for the "better" screen. Keep in mind these guys mark this crap up 500% what they pay for it. Funny that you have terrible customer service...even though it doesn't cost you hardly a dime...common sense. Anyways, not even 24 hours into this case, the thing cracks, didn't even drop it. Must have happened when I "tossed" it on my coffee table...in a case...maybe an inch. So I paid 80$ for a 12$ screen...and 20 minutes of labor which didn't even last a day, yeah I went back to get it fixed. I was told to call the # above the desk, where I got the runaround for 3 hours. I never received a call back nor did anybody try to fix my issue, I called back this morning and tried to reach somebody once again and they said that they would fix my phone for another $65. After paying an $88 repair for you I thought this is ridiculous. Now I'm stuck with a cheap cracked phone which I don't mind repairing it's not an issue of the money for me it's more the principle in the way that their customer service treated me. I will never be back in make sure that anybody I coming to contact with is well aware of the situation at hand and how it was handled very unprofessionally by the owners of this business. Go somewhere else you will get a cheap screen here they'll try to up charge you $20 for a "" nicer screen which I just crack on you in the next year anyways. read more

I blame myself for thinking I would get a good deal here. My iPhone screen broke and took it here to get it replaced. Couple days later, I noticed more issues with my phone. Dead pixels, sticking buttons, screen defects, etc. Took it to Apple which said the parts were cheap and often defective. I took it back to the Phone Clinic but they wouldn't offer to fix it. I'm not surprised with what happened but I would recommend spending more money on official replacements than getting it here or any other similar business. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. MALFUNCTION POOR QUALITY SCREENS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Got my iPhone screen replaced a month ago. Immediately had to ask for a replacement since the screen was sticking out of the phone in the top right corner and flickering like crazy. When I went back they charged be extra and "replaced" it with and "original" apple screen. Later they admitted that they in fact did not replace the screen so I paid extra for them to stick foil on the screen. When I pointed out that it was still flickering the guy acted like I'm an idiot and that it's normal. The screen stopped working completely and the corner that stuck out and flickers cracked from the pressure without any impact (it was obvious that there was so source of impact as well). Went back again and had to argue since they wanted to charge me additional 70$ to replace the defect screen. Eventually they replaced it for free. This was two weeks ago. The phone cannot be used anymore now because the screen malfunctions so badly that it randomly open apps and try to login that it eventually disabled my phone. When I went back the guy again acted like I'm the idiot who disabled my phone and that the screen is fine. He further refuses to replace or refund the screen since he replaced the last DEFECT screen "for free". Extremely frustrating, rude, and truly awful quality. My cracked original screen worked a million times better than this crap. read more
